Webco's in-house mailing division, known as Media Mailers, is among the largest mailing firms in the state. Mailing services include: state-of-the-art mail list sortation, verification and enhancement software, USPS compliance and form completion, addressing via paper label or ink jet, and complete sorting, bagging, traying and delivery service. Media Mailers processed over 32 million pieces of mail in 2002 having a postage value of over $4.5 million.

Media Mailers also has special licenses with the US Postal Service. We are authorized for:

• In-Plant Verification which means the Postal Service comes to our plant to weigh and verify mailings
• Plant Load Drop Ship, which means mail verified here can be delivered to any local post office
• Sectional Center or Bulk Facility using our company mailing permit
• Optional Procedure Mailing (OPM) which allows us to mix dissimilar mail pieces in the same container or pallet

Media Mailers recently added a second ink jet addressing machine and upgraded it's computer system from a Unix-based mainframe to a Windows NT-based PC network. "With our new ink jet machine and new computer system, we'll be able to offer more options on mail list management and faster turnaround for our customers. When it comes to mailing, getting the customer's mail piece to the intended audience as fast as possible is what we're all about.
